From agreeing the vision of your project, obtaining and assessing quotes from different contractors to scheduling the trades at the correct times or 

negotiating with your contractor, the management of your home improvement project could easily become overwhelming and take over your life!

This is where CMM comes in. 

We offer a range of project management services that will help bring your plans to life and take the day to day stress off your hands. 

We offer a full project management package or you can pick and choose from the following services:

• Assessment of contractor quotes including gap analysis
  
• Tendering when required and contractor selection & management
  
• Preparation of detailed specifications and schedules of works
  
• Management of costs with weekly valuations with your builder
  
• Full management on-site of builder and services and approval of all works on completion
  
• Coordination of and liaison with all other consultants and services, including architects, engineers, surveyors, planning, building control, party wall matters
  
• Gaining all necessary permissions and approvals as required (CDM 2015 compliance; Construction Phase Planning - Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015)
  
• Negotiations with suppliers & contractors as appropriate
• Contract management and quality control, relating to work and materials
  
•  Ensuring all works are to agreed standard, compliant with all regulations, and appropriately certified
